Typically you can treat scabies with insecticides, in alot of cases the permethrin treatments do not penetrate the skin or the patient has scabies that are resistant to permethrin. In any case, permethrin is a dangerous insecticide that is creating alot of fuss, the insecticide has been known to lead to life threatening disease and illness, this is why people are seeking natural cures. Permethrin is derived from a chemical known as Pyrethrum, which many people state that it is a carcinogen and should not be used period. And the final chemical used to treat scabies is Malathion; there is evidence to suggest that Malathion can lead to breathing problems, headaches and nausea.
